Before the

What happens after a call?
Recepta captures the enquiry and sends a summary to the authorised business mobile. Your team reviews the details and contacts the caller. A captured enquiry is not a confirmed appointment.
What if we need more than 500 calls?
We review your expected usage and agree additional capacity with you. Starter has no automatic overage charge or automatic cut-off at the allowance. It is not an unlimited-use plan.
Can we keep our existing business number?
Where your telephone provider supports forwarding, you can forward calls to your configured Recepta number. We agree the routing, test your setup and record how to reverse forwarding before activation.
How do setup and payment work?
We review your business details and agree the exact setup fee before Checkout. The first payment includes setup and the first month; monthly billing starts on payment. We coordinate setup timing and complete your customer-specific tests before forwarding is enabled. Requesting a demo does not start billing.
